Vafler is perfect as a treat for yourself or when you get an unexpected visit at home. Any reason is a good opportunity to serve waffles!
Preparation:
1) Whisk to a smooth batter: – Waffle mix – 10 dl water – 2 dl liquid margarine (200 g melted butter)
2) Bake in a well-heated waffle iron.
Serve with jam, sugar and/or sour cream. Cool the waffles on the grate for extra crisp waffles.
The family-size bag gives approx. 20 waffles.
Ingredients: wheat flour, sugar, eggs, skimmed milk, raising agent (baking powder (sodium diphosphate, sodium carbonate)), salt, coloring (carotenes), vanillin.
